To use the features and functionality of the Homeowner Collection Administrator System Project, administrators must log in with their system user credentials.  The two types of jobs that make up system users are administrators and staff users.  While staff users only have limited access, administrators have full access to all system functions and operations.  When using the system for the first time, management must first complete the Phase List and Collection Categories.  Additionally, the system creates downloadable monthly collection reports.

  Its name is Homeowner Collection Management System and it is written in simple PHP.  This simple project is a web-based application built in PHP and MySQL.  Provides the Subdivision/City Homeowners Association with an automated platform for effective and efficient collection management and documentation.  Along with other pertinent information, the app maintains collection histories of homeowners' association members.  The user interface is simple and attractive.  It is easy to use and includes user-friendly functionalities.

  How to configure this project

  Step 1. Download xampp PHP version 8.0.7

  Step 2. Notepad++ or Sublime text editor

  Step 3. Download zip file

  Step 4. Extract the file and copy the "hocms" folder

  Step 5. Paste inside the root/directory where you install xampp local disk c:

  Step 6. Open PHPMyAdmin hocms_db.sql

  Step 8. Import the hocms_db.sql file found inside the zip package to the SQL files folder

  Step 9. Run the script http://localhost/hocms

  Step 10. Password: username: admin / password: admin
